One of the biggest talking points to emerge from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was the appearance of the Illuminati, but the conversation hasn’t been of an entirely positive nature.
While plenty of fans loved seeing the group make their official Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the form of Patrick Stewart’s Charles Xavier, Chiwitel Ejiofor’s Karl Mordo, Lashana Lynch’s Maria Rambeau, John Krasinski’s Reed Richards, Hayley Atwell’s Captain Carter, and Anson Mount’s Black Bolt, others thought they failed miserably in living up to their billing as a cabal of geniuses.
