While the world has been watching as Amber Heard and Johnny Depp face each other in court, it looks like Aquaman’s Mera might soon be facing other legal battles. Reports from the North Queensland Register discuss how Heard bringing her two dogs — Boo and Pistol — may have broken animal smuggling laws in the country.
This seems to have led the Department of Agriculture, water, and Environment to request help from the FBI in obtaining witnesses for the investigation. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, with both Heard and Depp previously having to pay fines and film a 40-second video clip expressing their remorse for their actions back in 2016.
